Issue description
Link from password reset forms are broken. Resources not found.

Bypasses TBG 404 error page and displays regular apache 404. Further, when you copy the unescaped URL from the apache error log and put it into the URL in place of the escaped string, TBG's 404 page is then shown.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Forget password
  2. Ask for a password reset email
  3. Follow link in email

Looks like this is a known bug in the system. It seems to be fixed in the latest update, so we need to look into upgrading the engine.

Tomorrow (Ides of March 2013) Denis is planning to do the upgrade. I will comment again if the date is changed for some reason.

Some errors during the initial update attempt. We will be doing some testing and retry again later.
